Mont Blanc 4809 m
FRENCH NORMAL ROUTE
6 Days

Legendary Mont-Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps. This trip we will summit Mont Blanc from the French side.

French Normal route starts from Chamonix Valley to refuge Tête Rousse for the first night. From the hut you summit Mont Blanc and return to Goûter hut, where you spend the second night. Next morning you return to Chamonix Valley.

This trip requires good physical condition and therefore cannot be recommended as the first Alpine climbing peak. Before the actual Mont-Blanc peak, during the week you will be acclimatized either on the only peak fully on the Italian side over 4000 m in Gran Paradiso, or some other similar similar peak. Such a trip in itself can also serve as the first Alpine climbing peak without the Mont-Blanc peak itself. We do the acclimatization together and in a guided way, as this greatly improves the chances of summiting Mont-Blanc. The peak of Mont-Blanc is at an altitude of almost 5,000 m, so the altitude begins to affect progress no later than after reaching 4,500 meters.

Min 2 people, max 4 people. For a larger group, ask for more information. Peak days require 1 IFMGA / UIAGM mountain guide per 2 clients.
